76th Araw ng Dabaw Kicks Off

Here’s Mayor Zara Duterte Carpio’s  message to all of us as Araw ng Dabaw officially opened yesterday, 25 February 2013.

So come and enjoy our beautiful city as we celebrate our foundation anniversary. The culmination of which is on March 16, 2013. This is normally celebrated with a street parade. 🙂
