My job has perks. That’s why I love it. 🙂
I was invited by the developer of Plantation Villa to visit their site. It’s a new subdivision located in Madaum, Tagum City. They are offering large plot of land (1,000sqm at least) for buyers who want to retire in a “hacienda-type” high end community.
I was told that it’s ok to bring possible buyers. So I invited existing clients who have become our best friends. I’m so glad that they were available on short notice. 🙂
What I loved about it is that one of the amenities is Banana Beach Resort. If you have been reading my blog, you would know that my family and I have been visiting it for years already. I love  kayaking there. I love seeing their forest with the monkeys and other wild animals. I love their fishing village. I get so excited catching a lot of bangus (milkfish).. 🙂 That’s another entertainment for John who contents himself by watching me shriek everytime I catch one. He said that I am scaring the bangus that way. ha ha..
This time , there’s more! Their canopy walk already exists. 🙂 I’ve wanted to do that eversince. But of course, it took time for them to finish the walkway on top of the trees. I always say that I am scared of heights. But well, it doesn’t stop me from trying anything. 🙂 So off I went to Banana Beach Resort’s canopy walk, with John and our friends.  🙂
Here are my proof(s).. 🙂
Forest Friends:Â Clue – they get excited when you give them bananas. lol
This mom is holding her baby. Cute right? 🙂
AT THE FISHING VILLAGE:
The Accomodation – you have an option to stay either in an aircon cottage or non-aircon cottage.
The Infinity Pool and the Beach. 🙂
Plantation Villa is developed by Hijo Plantation. They are only selling lots. They have house designs that one can choose from. But anyone has an option to build their own provided that it conforms to the subdivision theme.
We had fun when we visited the place recently for a short period of time. Imagine, how beautiful would it be if you live within a resort community, surrounded by the beach. Madaum river. A coconut plantation. A 60 hectare forest with monkeys, Â boars, birds, etc.
That is so relaxing right? I remember sitting beside the beach at Lanikai (their other high end resort in the area) . It felt beautiful when the fresh sea breeze touched my face.
Ahh.. life is beautiful! 🙂
