The concept of Ocean Cove is “French Riviera” . Therefore, all lot owners should conform to that type of design.
I’m afraid that foreigners are not allowed to purchase land in the Philippines. If he’s getting married to a Filipina, then that is not a problem. The title will then be in the name of the wife and his. If he is not getting married to a Filipina, the only option is for him to put up a corporation which is 40% owned by him and 60% owned by Filipinos.
